“Creativity allows people to move beyond traditional ideas and come up with new rules and ways of seeing things.”
Sarah’s art journey started with a family friend who spent hours teaching her how to draw. This fed her conviction that there is a place in the world for bringing imagination to life.
While she has always painted, Sarah has returned to art after a career in environmental public policy.
Based in the rural outskirts of Canberra, Australia, Sarah’s art is inspired by freedom and re-interpretation, with a strong focus on composition, balance and colour.
She considers this food for the soul, and why access to and collection of original art is so important.
